Crack eggs in a bowl, add pepper and salt, beat them till all mix well and set aside. Heat oil, add onions, cook for about five minutes, and add chopped garlic, mixed vegetables, hash browns and tomatoes. Keep stirring occasionally using spatula. Now toss the eggs, add cheese in the end and let it melt. It is now ready to be served.

Prepare pasta as per the directions given on the packet. Heat oil, add onion and cook for almost five minutes. Now add garlic and mushrooms, and sauté till mushrooms cook. Add tomatoes and pesto, and stir in the vegetables. Boil the mixture and cook on medium heat till the sauce becomes little thick. Add pasta and combine it with the sauce. Add cheese on the top.
